Thank you for visiting the "Breakthrough Coach" and giving my coaching business a chance. I am excited to hear from you and to tell you more about the inspiration for this idea. The name "Breakthrough Coach" embodies two core inspirations.

Coaching at it’s core

Firstly, it aligns with the essence of coaching itself. Coaching strives to facilitate moments of newfound awareness & breakthroughs in one's current thought patterns. This will in-turn improve our relationship with ourself. The relationship you have with yourself, is the most important and rewarding relationship in your life. It is this relationship, that coaching aims to improve.

Breaking the wave of emotion

Secondly, the name draws from my residence off the south coast of Ireland, inspiring a nautical theme for this business. Frequently, when overwhelmed, our circumstances can resemble an unrelenting wave of doubt, fear, and confusion that crashes repeatedly upon us.

This coach aims to guide you back to a place where you encounter a break in said wave of confusion, and give you the tools to live the best version of your life on dry land.
