Introductory Session

Before we start working together, we will do a free 15 minute introductory call. This is so that I have a better idea of what you need from a coach and to ensure that I will be be the right fit for you. After the introductory call, we will be able to quickly set up your first session.

Availability

I am currently available at the following times:

• Friday: 7pm - 9pm (Irish Standard Time)

• Weekends: 9am - 12pm (Irish Standard Time)

Other Information

Please note that goals are far more likely to be achieved if coachees complete the agreed upon steps at the end of each coaching session.

Participating in Coaching does not guarantee a certain desired outcome. The coach accepts no responsibility should a desired outcome fail to materialise.

Please note that Personal & Life Coaching is non directive and should not be confused with Consulting or Mentoring.

Career Coaching can become directive if you wish to speak specifically about C.V. or Interview Preparation.
