Coaching for Men
What is Personal Life Coaching?
Life coaching embodies a collaborative voyage, supporting individuals through life's challenges and periods of transition. It engages in an interactive and non-directive partnership between the coach and the individual seeking guidance.
Each coaching session unfolds as an open dialogue, fostering fresh insights into the coachee's current mindset, setting clear objectives, and forging a path toward achieving these goals. By aiding coachees in pinpointing their authentic values, it empowers them to establish a stronger sense of purpose and direction in their lives.
While acknowledging the significance of a coachee's past experiences, these coaching sessions are geared towards the present, encouraging individuals to actively shape a more fulfilling future.

Why is there a specific need for men in coaching?
The world has rightly become more equal in recent years. This change has primarily focused on empowering women towards increased independence, balanced relationships, and expanded opportunities in their education and career. However, this emphasis has inadvertently resulted in a lack of attention and resources directed towards supporting men and boys in navigating modern challenges in their workplaces, education, and relationships.
Secondly, I have seen first hand that men are tragically underrepresented in the world of psychology. This means that solutions are not geared towards boys and men. This leads to a lack of undressing of men and a further increase of the issues.
